The remedy hidden inside the mystery.
Mysteries & Medicines grew through three years of work between Brother Isaiah, J.J. Wright, and a group of collaborating musicians. Its ten songs move through blindness, hunger, departure, surrender, and return.
The project understands repentance as a living process: the slow recognition that healing may already be hidden inside the mysteries one would rather avoid. Wright served as co-artist and producer, shaping the music from the keyboards alongside Brother Isaiah, Dominic Mekky, Franky Rousseau, Nathan Ellman-Bell, Ike Sturm, and others.
