Rhythms of Faith
A collaborative course and podcast bringing liturgy, music, and creativity into the same field of inquiry.
01About the work
Creative practice as a way of learning together.
Rhythms of Faith brings theological study into contact with music-making, shared practice, and the experience of creating in community.
Developed with theologian Kimberly Belcher, the course invites undergraduates to bring their own experience and musical backgrounds into conversation with liturgy and prayer, then make new texts and songs together.
The podcast extends that inquiry through conversations about liturgy, music, creativity, teaching, and the practices that shape a life of faith. J.J. Wright and Kimberly Belcher host the series together.
